A refund can be issued as long as the payment is still processing and adequate funds are available in the provider’s escrow account.
To issue a refund:
- Click on Manage Clients
- Click on the client's name to load their profile
- Click on billing info on the right side of the screen for the session in question
- Under the fourth column you will see the option to refund the client
This will start the refund process. Should the provider need to re-bill, follow the same steps but this time the option to re-bill should appear.
